Retrofi products are licensed for personal or professional use by the original purchaser. You may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, or repackage any Retrofi product

  • Share or upload our files to public or private repositories

  • Use Retrofi products to create competing film emulation tools or LUTs

Violation of this policy may result in legal action.

2. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including branding, product names, graphics, PowerGrades, and promotional materials — is the property of Retrofi and protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.

3. Payments & Orders

All transactions are processed securely. Once a digital product is delivered, the sale is final unless otherwise stated in our Refund Policy.

4. Account Security

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

5. Limitation of Liability

Retrofi shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products.

6. Updates & Changes
