At Retrofi, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase.
Why Digital Sales Are Final
All of our products are delivered as instant digital downloads. Unlike physical goods, digital files cannot be “returned.” Once you’ve received the files by email or download link, they are in your possession permanently. We cannot take them back, and we cannot control how they are used, shared, or stored after delivery.
Because of this, all sales are final — this is standard practice across the digital goods industry and is supported by consumer law. For example, the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Article 16, Directive 2011/83/EU) both recognize that once a digital product is delivered, the normal “right of withdrawal” or return policy does not apply. This is because the product cannot be revoked once accessed.

That said, we’re committed to making sure you have the best possible experience. If you run into technical problems, trouble accessing your files, or believe there’s been a mistake with your order, we’re here to help. Just email us at contact@retrofi.co with your order number and a short description of the issue, and we’ll work with you directly to resolve it.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered in special circumstances, such as:

An accidental duplicate purchase of the same product

A download that was never received due to a system error, and we are unable to fulfill it manually
Outside of these rare exceptions, digital product sales remain final.
